Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 92go may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs through your 92go account. Your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number — are confidential. You must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
92go will never request your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to 92go immediately at [email protected].
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92go support immediately. 92go will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised unless evidence of fraud is established.
You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
All financial transactions on 92go are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92go accepts deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional methods may be added or removed at 92go's discretion.
All deposit and withdrawal methods must be held in your own name and match the identity information registered on your 92go account. 92go does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are communicated on the Platform's banking page. 92go aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. 92go does not guarantee processing times for bank transfers, as these are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.
92go reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions of significant value. During such review, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Users will be notified of any such delay and of any documentation required.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92go Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where 92go determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void affected bets, confiscate associated winnings, suspend or terminate the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical error that interrupts a game or incorrectly credits or debits a balance, 92go reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its pre-error state. 92go is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control.
From time to time, 92go may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds where applicable.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, or placing contradictory bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as account termination.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 92go.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
92go does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors, or that any particular game outcome will meet your expectations. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 92go's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
92go collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 92go.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
92go will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
92go reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to 92go's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised with 92go support within 30 days of the outcome in question. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated.
